What are the shipping options?D Thadd Art offers ground shipping in the US, but at no additional charge. All international orders will be charged a flat rate for shipping. Confirmation tracking numbers will be available upon shipment. Shipment occurs 2-3 days after payment and packagaing has been processed.

What do I do if I received a defective order?D Thadd Art takes great care in the packaging of our prints and original works. If you do receive a defective product, please immediately contact us at dthaddart@gmail.com with a description of the damage and pictures. We do our best to accommodate our customers.
